The Department of Youth & Young Adult Ministry supports and encourages youth leadership.  Young people have an amazing capacity to provide effective leadership if they are invited to, trained for, and supported in their ministry roles.

Week-long youth leadership training program held at the end of June.

Diocesan Youth Board

Youth Board members assist the Department of Youth and Young Adult Ministry in planning youth ministry activities for the diocese. Each parish may nominate one young person for the Board.

Diocesan Youth Retreat Team

Youth who want to share their faith can apply for this team that facilitates peer retreats throughout the year.
