The Diocese of Buffalo is delighted to begin the second phase of the Millennial Milestones Project facilitated by the departments of Lifelong Faith Formation and Youth & Young Adult Ministry.    The Foundation of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Buffalo is providing over $79,000 of grant funding to twenty-two parishes throughout the diocese. Diocesan and parish projects are designed to help engage young adult Catholics (ages 18 to 35) more effectively focusing on five important life milestones: 

• Post-Confirmation 
• The college experience 
• Adult Confirmation 
• Marriage 
• Infant Baptism
